Mecha Validate examines files with format-aware checks and reports how deeply each format was inspected. Before checkout opens, this page will publish a versioned capability matrix distinguishing strict validation, partial validation, structural-only checks, unsupported formats, and measured corruption-detection evidence.

The command-line tool and library are source-available under a Business Source License — read the code, build it, and run it yourself. The commercial GUI app is the paid product, with graphical and commercial-frontend rights reserved to Mecha, LLC. Like other source-available projects, it’s slated to convert to a fully open-source license over time.
