We want you to be confident in your purchase. Every paid Mecha product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a Mecha product isn’t right for you, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked. Because our software is downloadable, there is nothing to return; we simply refund your payment and deactivate the associated license.

Try before you buy

Each paid product also includes a 30-day free trial with full functionality, so you can evaluate it thoroughly before paying. We encourage you to use the trial first.

How to request a refund

Email peter@marreck.com with the email address used at checkout and your order or receipt ID. Refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. You can also request a refund directly through the link on your Paddle receipt.

Re-purchase cooldown

To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, after a refund the same customer identity must wait 24 months before re-purchasing the same product. This prevents repeated buy-use-refund cycles while keeping a genuine, no-risk evaluation available to real customers.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state, including EU/UK consumer-protection rights.
